Warehouse Technician (Audio Visual)
We're looking for dependable team members with an interest in AV Technology to assist with the day to day operations including a focus on the daily tasks of equipment de-prep, prep, and marking flagged gear for QC and processing.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for supporting warehouse operations to ensure successful event prep/deprep, safety, and general upkeep
- Execute deliveries, pick ups, while neatly and safely loading or unloading equipment on/off various vehicle sizes
- Help process incoming and outgoing shipments
- Assist in managing expendable inventory and drive onboarding of new gear for seamless operations
- Ensure gear quality and readiness for events collaborating with Managers, Sr. Technicians and Repair teams
- Maintain a clean and organized Shop for peak efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year self-driven warehouse experience (proficient in loading and unloading procedures, strong order fulfillment capabilities, experience with inventory control practices etc)
- Minimum of 1 year of live event AV production (school or work).
- Physical and mental agility for swift problem-solving
- Customer-centric mindset to meet and exceed expectations
- Ability to handle 75+ lbs, work flexibly on your feet for extended hours, and adapt quickly to new requests
- Valid driver's license and clean driver record
- Ability to primarily work day shift hours Mon-Sun and occasionally evenings as needed during peak season.
- Basic hand tool knowledge and skills.
Encouraged but not Required:
- Customer service / Hospitality experience
- Knowledge of Inventory Programs (i.e. Flex, Lasso, etc.)
- Experience driving large vehicles, CDL or non-CDL
- Ability to operate forklift and scissor boom
