In this interactive session, we draw from our Community & Belonging signature Graze & Grow series to (1) Identify what effective mindfulness and active listening look like in the workplace, (2) Describe ways to uplift and empower employees through an intersectional lens, and (3) Recognize the importance that joy and identity expression play in employee happiness, effectiveness, and retention.
