Innovation is often thought of as a very free-form activity of creative exploration, accompanied by open-concept offices, free food, and of course, sticky notes and white boards. While it's true that all of these things help get new ideas flowing, turning that ideation into innovation is all about structure, process, and intentionality; we must prepare the soil before we sow the seeds. Together, we'll discuss some useful frameworks for innovation that you can use to transform your business, or just boost your own everyday problem-solving and decision-making.
