Founded in 1912, The City Club of Cleveland has upheld the tradition of debate and discussion for more than a hundred years. We are non-partisan, which means we don’t take positions on issues, but we are fierce advocates of engagement. Our speakers from sitting presidents to community activists have answered unfiltered, unrehearsed questions directly from the audience because we firmly believe in the free expression of ideas and the benefits of open and respectful dialogue. The City Club is known for a
