Event Overview:
Celebrating National Disability Employment Awareness Month, the CSHRM DEI SIG brings together a panel of experts, employees, and folks with disABILITIES to not only raise awareness about the importance of accessible workplaces, but also to share the incredible and rewarding efforts to leverage this untapped talent potential.
The session begins with the panel, followed by a small workshop where participants can learn about the resources available to them in how to hire from this untapped talent pool along with navigating real life situations in working with folks with disABILITIES.
