Residential Driver / Transportation Specialist+ B. Riley Sober House
- Safely transport residents using agency vehicles in accordance with State of Ohio traffic laws and organizational policies
- Ensure punctual transportation to clinical appointments, group sessions, medical visits, employment, court appearances, and recovery supports
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of assigned vehicles
- Follow all emergency, accident, and incident reporting procedures
- Maintain accurate transportation logs, mileage records, and resident sign-in/sign-out documentation
- Adhere to OhioMHAS rules, CARF standards, and internal agency policies related to transportation and resident supervision
- Comply with confidentiality requirements under HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2
- Participate in audits, monitoring, or reviews related to transportation services
