Immediate opening for a qualified cook to join our team! Gluten free kitchen in live music venue/bar/full-service restaurant serving fresh, house-made plates. Minimum of two years experience in an upscale environment required. SafeServ Food Handler Certification required, SafeServ Food Manager Certification desired. Ability to work quickly and independently. Must have own transportation. Must be able to work evenings and weekends. Occasional special events and catering. Wage increase after 90 days. Starting wage dependent on ServSafe Certification level.
