Joy isn?t just a feeling; it's a process, a connector, and a vehicle for driving meaningful change. In this interactive session, we draw from our Community & Belonging signature Graze & Grow series to (1) Identify what effective mindfulness and active listening look like in the workplace, (2) Describe ways to uplift and empower employees through an intersectional lens, and (3) Recognize the importance that joy and identity expression play in employee happiness, effectiveness, and retention. How do we uplift and empower employees via workplace culture and policies? How can we foster workplaces that honor diverse identity and cultural expressions? And how can we move beyond performative representation to a place of genuine, intentional value for- & inclusion of all employees?
