Intersectionality isn?t a concept?it?s a daily balancing act. In this session, Chelsea Brennan from Innate Electric will break down the real-world impact of intersectionality on LGBTQ+ employees in high-pressure, high-visibility roles. Using personal narrative, grounded psychological insight, and stories from the job site, Chelsea will illuminate how gender identity, socioeconomic background, industry culture, and leadership expectations collide?and how resilience is built, not inherited.
