ERG Council: HRC Equality Report & CEI Debrief
By now you've made it through the HRC Corporate Equality Index gauntlet and it will be time to start planning for the 2024 application. During this month's ERG Council Session we'll do a high level overview of HRC's most recent report on LGBTQ+ experiences in the workplace and the insights this provides for ERG programming and advocacy. We'll end the Council meeting in two break out groups where attendees can share the good, bad, and ugly about the CEI process with a specific focus on improving affirming healthcare and the mandated intersectionality training requirement.

We invite our Young Professional Members to join us for an intimate dinner with an LGBTQ+ Senior Executive. Each dinner is an intimate event full of conversation and making new connections. This events is intentionally limited to 20 attendees.
