Description
Join Lee Devi (E-RYT 200, RYT-500) for this weekly Yoga class brought to you by Queer Soul Alchemy and the LGBT Community Center of Greater Cleveland. Props are provided, but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Come as you are — no experience or specific body type required. Tuesdays from 6 - 7:15m, every week unless there is a holiday. Come early to give yourself time to find parking, especially if you've never been there before.

Inclusive, all-levels Yoga classes to ground and reconnect with your body. Movement, breathwork, and meditation offer powerful tools for relieving stress and anxiety, increasing mental focus and clarity, and promoting inner peace and relaxation. Queer Soul Alchemy’s mission is to help make Yoga accessible to the LGBTQ+ community and other marginalized individuals.
