About our Hosts:

Dabney K. Conwell is Vice President of Health & Wellness at Benjamin Rose Institute and a fierce advocate for equity, dedicating her career to uplifting marginalized communities. From shaping innovative social service programs to leading nationally with the Human Rights Campaign, Dabney’s work is transforming health, justice, and inclusion.

Deirdre R. Jones, Chief of the Greater Cleveland RTA Transit Police Department, has spent almost four decades breaking barriers in law enforcement. She retired from the Cleveland Division of Police as Acting Deputy Chief of Administrative Operations. She also oversaw several investigative units and was appointed Cleveland’s first LGBTQ Public Safety Liaison. As Chief, she continues to champion inclusion, accountability, and community trust at every step.
