The results are in...now we can put them to work. Using the results from the Greater Akron and Greater Cleveland LGBTQ+ Community Needs Assessment data, panelists will speak to what the numbers say about LGBTQ+ folks in the workplace. Delving beyond the data, panelists will discuss actionable insights and strategies businesses can implement to foster safer, more inclusive, and equitable workplaces. They will also thread their personal stories and other narratives that bring the data to life.
