Join Lee Devi (E-RYT 200, RYT-500) and the team for this Chair Yoga class brought to you by Queer Soul Alchemy x Great Lakes Health and Wellness in Ohio City! We will chat, then practice together!
Come as you are — no experience or specific body type required. Props are provided, but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation offer powerful tools for relieving stress and anxiety, increasing mental focus and clarity, and promoting inner peace and relaxation.
