Although LGBTQ people are now more accepted and visible in the workplace than in the past, significant barriers still lie behind societal progression with regard to LGBTQ employment opportunities and workplace satisfaction. By attending the workshop, HR leaders and business owners will gain enhanced skills in order to build a safe and inclusive work environment for their employees.
This workshop will provide a safe space and unique opportunity for participants to ask questions and provide discussion points. Be prepared with questions and your unique perspective you may have to share with the group during the session.
