Description
25% of the US market and growing identifies as Childfree. However, many traditional financial planning structures don’t fit these clients who are not following the Standard LifeScript.
Traditional financial planning often assumes you’ll go to college, get married, buy a house, have children, build wealth, retire, then pass money on to the next generation after you’re gone. What if there is no next generation and you don’t actually want to pass money on? You deserve a plan that takes these things into account.
Being Childfree isn’t better or worse than having children, it’s simply different.
Whether you’re already working with a financial professional or have never worked with one before, you’ll receive practical insights and guidance on how to build a plan for your life, finances, & estate that fits you.
Learning Objectives:
- Understanding the Childfree demographic: who are they & how many of them are there.
- How does Childfree financial planning compare to traditional financial planning?
- What things should you be asking of your financial professional?
- What considerations should you start thinking about now, that you might not have thought of before?
