Description
It is important for businesses to assess their inclusive practices during a shifting landscape impacting health access, marriage benefits, ID laws, and more. Being prepared for changes can ensure companies maintain their values of belonging and equity which in turn recruits and retains experienced and innovative talent.
During this session, we will review likely rollbacks on rights and benefits that impact LGBTQ+ individuals and how companies can continue to support their employees. We will delve into what inclusive benefits look like and best practices for implementation.
