About Us

Swarm Strategy was founded in June 2020 by Bryce J. Celotto — longtime policy advocate, educator, facilitator and strategist. Swarm Strategy is a comprehensive consulting agency dedicated to advancing Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) centered policies, practices, leadership principles and actionable support across organizations and companies. Swarm offers clients a variety of products and services including Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) centered workshops, education, facilitation, resources communications support, leadership development and strategy consulting rooted in creating organizational change.

We work with companies and organizations of all sizes, across all industries – from non-profits, to startups, tech companies, large global brands, marketing & comms agencies, sports business, to everything in between.
