About Us

reframe52 is an intersectional, equity-focused education company founded by queer women and women of color. While we offer basic foundational training, reframe52's curricula are designed to strengthen existing programs in organizations that already have a baseline knowledge of diversity & inclusion efforts. We specialize in scaffolded education that prompts deeper, more challenging questions, with each conversation designed to build off the last. Driven by our passion to see meaningful representation of marginalized identities in the spaces we work and live, and bringing with us decades of academic experience as licensed educators, our curriculum teaches people how to ask deeper reflective questions, equipping participants with foundational tools to seek individual and systemic solutions in their environments.
