About Us

I have been a Holistic Health practitioner for over 20 years, originally drawn to Herbalism due to childhood gut/anxiety issues caused by antibiotics, diet, and stress. This led me to practice Colon Hydrotherapy and research gut healing. As an experienced Colon hydrotherapist since 2002, I sought to do more than work with the body alone. During the Pandemic, I delved into health coaching and energy healing.
I use my research skills, intuition, and the latest science on nutrition, mindfulness, and energy medicine to support my clients in healing and growth. I excel in consultations on gut health, chronic stress, anxiety, optimizing sleep, and life issues like career and time management.
In Theta Healing sessions, we release false beliefs from our subconscious, promoting balance in mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to help clients tap into their innate wisdom, love, and truth to create their best lives.
