About Us

I believe “the personal is political” and the way to affect change starts within. Building on the axiom ''walk a mile in another's shoes,” the framework by which we build inter- and intrapersonal change, I work to explore my own ''shoes'' of privilege, power, and oppression, and help others to do the same.

From my experience in the nonprofit programming and development world, I have utilized a platform of relationship building and advanced the missions of multiple nonprofits, such as educating and employing homeless and court-involved youth, providing compassionate services to survivors of domestic violence, and bringing high-quality health care to low-income, vulnerable communities. My graduate school education studying effective models for change and applying them to the formation of meaningful relationships provides a solid foundation to creating and enhancing relationships with donors, using transparency as a core value to cultivate, honor, and respect donor communities while helping to build and improve institutional program delivery.
