Description
MQA is putting on a health event to make physical and mental health a priority for our community. Join us as we host medical professionals, mental health professionals, and feature restaurants that are all about healthy food. We also have activities such as line dancing, strength training, and yoga to get you active and keep you engaged throughout the day.
