ERG Council: National Coming Out Day Planning
Given all of the current and pending legislation as well as many hostile actions being taken against members of our LGBTQ+ community, the need to provide visible support promoting a safe, inclusive climate is critically important. During our August ERG session, we will explore and share some of the past and future activities our members have done to commemorate this day. Please bring examples of education, storytelling, ally support or other means you?ve executed to demonstrate support for NCOD.
