Join us for a Wellness Evening designed to help you pause, breathe, and reconnect (with yourself and with community)!

As the sun sets, we’ll move through a peaceful yoga session, guided through minutes of reflection, and shared relaxation that creates space for rest and renewal. This evening is createed for you to slow down, release the weight of the day, and center your well-being in a supportive, affirming environment.

This event is a collaboration with the Black Professionals Association and UAI Cleveland.
