Empowering Women Professionals!
Join us to network, connect, and meet other professional women from Northeast Ohio. Workshops focused on enhancing the safety and empowerment of women. Women's self-defense is a workshop style class. Build confidence, awareness, mindset, and physical defense skills. Attendees need to wear loose, sport clothes and shoes for this event.
