Each dinner is an intimate event full of conversation and making new connections. This event is intentionally limited to 30 attendees.\n\n\nSteve's career in Human Resources spans 35+ years living and working globally for many Fortune 500 organizations across 8 industries. Throughout his diverse experience in talent management\, leadership development\, organization design and employee relations\, he has always been driven to help individuals and organizations grow to reach their fullest potential.\n\n \n\nIn his second-career\, Steve has created En@ableGrowth\, a consulting firm helping leaders\, teams and businesses grow. He will be sharing what he's learned with companies and non-profits of all sizes and volunteering in causes that are important to him such as the work of Plexus. As a 40-year cancer survivor\, Steve has a zest for life and exploring\, having visited nearly 50 countries located on 5 continents.
