DESCRIPTION:In March COVID turned our nation upside down\, then on the eve of Pride Month the nation was faced with the murder of George Floyd. At Nestle we had to pivot from in-person events to all virtual\, and when the country was a long overdue social justice uprising our ERG was faced with challenges to promote intersectionality\, drive allyship\, and create a safe and inclusive space for all LGBTQ+ employees.
