SUMMARY:Plexus Connects: Self-Care and Grounding in an Unsteady World
DESCRIPTION:In a time of ongoing uncertainty and heightened threats to the LGBTQ+ community\, it's more important than ever to have tools to return to ourselves. Join us for an interactive panel exploring how to practice self-care\, emotional check-ins\, and grounding strategies when the world feels overwhelming. This conversation will center resilience\, emotional acceptance\, and unmasking as acts of self-preservation and empowerment. Participants will leave with practical tools and guideposts to support steadiness\, authenticity\, and community care in challenging times.\n\n \n\nPresenters:\n\nEmily Davis\, LISW-S\, Therapist\, She/Her\n\nEmily is a trauma informed clinician\, committed to supporting individuals to heal and recover in a safe and supportive environment. She's extremely dedicated to her self care routine which includes yoga and reiki.\n\nKatharine Bussert\, LSW\, Therapist\, She/Her\n\n \n\nKatharine has 8 years of experience working in diverse mental health settings.
