"Pathways to Wholeness" is a free\, trauma-informed\, and holistic wellness reset designed for women in our community to pause\, breathe\, and reconnect.\n\n\n\nThrough a generous grant from the Akron Community Foundation\, we've gathered local holistic practitioners and wellness experts to help you explore the 8 dimensions of wellness in one supportive space.\n\n\n\nDATE: Saturday\, March 14\, 2025\n\nTIME: 9:00 AM   11:00 AM\n\nLOCATION: Copley High School (Auxiliary Gym)\n\nCOST: FREE! (Registration required via Eventbrite)\n\n\n\nWhat to Expect:\n\n\n\nMini-Workshops:\n\n9:15 AM: Gentle Flow Yoga\n\n9:45 AM: Resilience Skills Workshop\n\n10:15 AM: Calm & Centered Breathwork\n\n\n\nExpressive Art Therapy: Visit our drop-in station for self-guided creative release.\n\nWellness Vendor Floor: Connect with local vendors offering samples and wellness resources.\n\n\n\nParents\, We've Got You Covered! \n\nDon't let childcare be a barrier to your self-care. We are offering a professionally-staffed Kids Wellness Area with free supervised childcare! Your kids will enjoy:\n\n\n\n-Dedicated Kids Yoga sessions\n\n-Wellness-themed crafts and fun activities\n\n\n\nPlease register your child via the "Childcare RSVP" on Eventbrite so we can ensure proper staffing.\n\n\n\nRegister Today:\n\nWhile the event is free\, spaces are limited!
