DESCRIPTION:In light of the recent Executive Orders and the uncertainty they are causing across the DEIB community\, we are shifting the focus of our upcoming ERG Council Meeting to provide a space for connection\, shared learning\, and collective strategy.\n\n\n\nWe will convene in an online roundtable to check in with one another and engage in breakout discussions around three key questions:\n\n\n	\n	What are your current concerns or challenges as an Employee Resource Group leader?\n	\n	\n	Have there been any recent wins or good news to share?\n	\n	\n	What areas of support do you need from Plexus this year?\n	\n\n\nOur goal for this session is simple: create connections\, share resources\, and strategize together. These are uncertain times\, but we are stronger when we stand in community.
