SUMMARY:ERG Council: HRC Equality Report & CEI Debrief
DESCRIPTION:By now you've made it through the HRC Corporate Equality Index gauntlet and it will be time to start planning for the 2024 application. During this month's ERG Council Session we'll do a high level overview of HRC's most recent report on LGBTQ+ experiences in the workplace and the insights this provides for ERG programming and advocacy. \n\nWe'll end the Council meeting in two break out groups where attendees can share the good\, bad\, and ugly about the CEI process with a specific focus on improving affirming healthcare and the mandated intersectionality training requirement. \n\n\n\nStay tuned for an announcement on our October IN-PERSON National Coming Out Day event hosted by J.M. Smuckers!\n\n\nReminder ERG Council Meetings are open to all Plexus Member Companies and employees. You are invited to forward Council meetings to those outside of your ERG leadership (i.e. C-Suite\, HR\, Procurement\, Marketing\, etc.)
